that's right beanie. I'll have 3 CD products as normal plus a small meal from ingredient on a list. I've written a list for the week of what I'll have. For some evenings I'll do stuff like add chick peas and veg or chicken and veg to a soup for probably 4 evenings, a couple of evenings I'll have a tuna or chicken green salad and a bar and I'll have a chicken/pak choi 'stir fry' one night plus a bar. There's also skimmed milk added in for the week. I don't normally drink tea but I'm so cold all the time because of being in ketosis I am going to enjoy having a couple of cups of tea a day! I'll just drink the rest of the milk.

I'm a bit scared of eating these days but I have to do it for this 1 week and can then go back to SS again for another 11 weeks.

So out of nosiness why do you need to have the week of eating some things?

I'm not sure to be honest beanie.......not sure if it's about re-introducing food a little or if it's a body related thing because all the products have everything needed.........I have read it's not 'essential' but advisable to do at least once in every 12 weeks....I guess it could be to take the body out of 'famine' for a little while, it's a shock to the system I guess......

Hope the Spud and Bunny family have a fantastic day today:beer:

I have managed to get out for a 6 mile walk the last 2 nights, they really help me get a sound nights sleep and lift my mood.

All of the Birthday cakes have now been polished off which will help me cut out the naughty stuff (uneaten cake staring at you from the worktop is just too much to resist I am afraid).

Not much planned for today, taking boys to the orthodontist and a bit of a mooch around the shops while we are there I suppose.

    Dinner will be chicken fahijtas:)

Ah I see, I will be back at work next week *cries*

Actually I will be grateful for a bit of a routine again and the students arent back for another fortnight so just planning, preperation and final interviews.
