  • The first week I see a difference in my body and yet a STS :o. Maybe its the exercise toning me rather than reducing weight, still good, I suppose, but disappointing.
Best wishes all for the next week..

Good Morning everyone, sunny day here today so a long walk will definitely be on the cards at some point.

Its DS1's 17th Birthday today so yet more Birthday cake will be around (still some left of DS2's from Tuesday).

First big food shop today since we came back from our hold and I must get some healthier things in to eat. I feel really sluggish and a bit under the weather.

Worryingly I also feel very hayfevery and I am suspecting its our new Cat:( I will just have to take anti H until my system gets used to her I guess.

Keep the losses coming in, you are all doing so well:T
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

that's why I've never had a cat Lou as I get really bad hayfever symptoms :(

Well week 1 of the new challenge and I can report a 6 pound loss :D So 22 pounds to go in this challenge, 57 pounds in total over the last 10 weeks or 4 stone 1.

Even if I have a tiny loss next week to kind of compensate for this big loss that's fine by me.

Good luck to everyone else as the first week draws to a close.
