You can totally ignore this suggestion, but why don't you change your Avatar, maybe to the girl in the advert you are referring to.
When I first chose my Avatar, it was as a joke, but i'm not far off it now. I'm starting to think it's me.
I'm convinced that BB will look like hers too.

Helllllloo peeps!
Cross-posting from another thread here...
Well, I'm still going strong wth the Shred DVD, although I had to take a day off on Wednesday as my legs hurt too much. After speaking to some fitness fanatic friends they said to extend the warm up and cool down exercises as 2mins wasn't enough, and I've been better since then. I've been weighing myself pretty much every day and there have been some fluctuations, but mainly in the right direction....leaving me with a weight loss of 3lbs for this week, taking my overal loss since I began all this to 7lbs. :jMortgage-Free WannabeMortgage at start [20/6/12]: £151,800/MFD Jun 2035 (age 65)Mortgage now [5/11/14]: £139,212.14/MFD Oct 2029 (age 59)Personal Library 2014:starmod: Read in 2014: 57/60 :starmod: In Progress: 2 :starmod: Books In: 94 :starmod: Books Out: 12 :starmod: TBR: 847 :starmod:0 -
Great advice Pixie on 'The Shred', fabulous weight loss too. Your Avatar looks very slim and exotic, by the way.
Well i'm STS, but i've hired myself a secret weapon to get me to my target weight, as everything else has failed (that's my excuse).

Wow, love the sound of your secret weapon scrooge - lucky you. I know you will NOT be his first failure. In fact you will most probably become his star trainee.
Had a strange week this week. Was not always feeling positive about things but some how I have managed to lose 2 and a half pounds :j. Got a busy week ahead so I'm hoping that will help with some more weight loss.
I am hoping to spend a couple of hours (or so!) catching up on all the threads this weekend.
Louise, nice to see you back.
Have a great weekend everybody.

I have to say the support here is great, thanks guys! And a big HUZZAH for all those banished pounds this week.
I'm having a Tesco's Light Choices prawn mayonnaise sandwich (250kCaland 6.8g fat ) and a large glass of orange and passion fruit juice for lunch (I slept through breakfast due to a 'Lost' marathon last night) and have decided to let myself off Shred today due to lack of time and the fact that I've already sweated myself around Tesco carrying a basket of vodka, mixers and low-fat snacks today. It's my Hen Night tonight and I have a boozy Mexican meal to look forward to so I won't be eating anything else today and drinking nothing but water :rotfl: Then back to the regime tomorrow or, if too hungover, Monday.
Any recommendations how NOT to blow the diet at a Mexican meal? I'm going to stick to Vodka and diet mixers and tequila, but I can't resist refried beans and tortillasMortgage-Free WannabeMortgage at start [20/6/12]: £151,800/MFD Jun 2035 (age 65)Mortgage now [5/11/14]: £139,212.14/MFD Oct 2029 (age 59)Personal Library 2014:starmod: Read in 2014: 57/60 :starmod: In Progress: 2 :starmod: Books In: 94 :starmod: Books Out: 12 :starmod: TBR: 847 :starmod:0
