    Good Morning All!

Another €3 added to the sealed tin. And another €25 to the savings. Using www.oanda.com rate of 0.90303, gives a total PAD of 25.29 GBP. :)

I see the exchange rate is currently moving in my favour. It hasn't been this good for months now!

Hope everyone is having a good day. Am off to catch up on the thread.

    xx

I feel rotten this afternoon, have had a sore throat building up all day and now it's on fire... I reckon my voice will be gone tomorrow and it's not a good time, my groups all have coursework to finish so it's crazy at the moment! Any tried and tested remedies other than my usual ginger, honey and lemon?

I use Tyrozets. You can get them in most chemists, but you have to ask for them as they are behind the counter.

They're very effective at numbing your throat/mouth, but aren't sickly sweet. I like them best as they don't end up making me feel sick after the 3rd or 4th one like Lockets, Tunes etc.

The tube also says that they have antibiotics in them, but it must be a tiny amount. I just happened to bring them in with me this morning as have woken up with a sore throat :( Hopefully it'll disappear by itself.

just a small one for me today 17p into VSP :)
Current Mortgage balance - £363,785.35/£420,000 (highest point Oct 2022).
  • Don't feel ashamed catspaw -I haven't padded for absolutely yonks but for some reason I keep being drawn backas though I'm attached to a long thread that somebody keeps tugging!

For sore throats I can't have any of the lozenges with anti-baccy bits as my throat reacts so its ye old fashioned hot water, honey and lemon juice ( with a dash of whisky at night!)or hot ribena
Pad today is £8 to yukky evil cr*pital 1
Enjoy the day despite the weather (wherever you are)
May you fill up the great clutterbucket of life and may all of your leaks be in cheese sauce:D
