Hi everyone - this sounds like such a good idea but not sure how to start! How do you all do it? Tips please would be very welcome
Also, do you personally keep track of your PADs? I love my spreadsheets and have one set up to run my bank accounts/budgets etc so could add something to that.:j Currently doing the Swagbucks challenge :j0 -

Hi
People do it in different ways. Some people count minimum payments, others don't. Personally, I don't. Some days my PaD is small change, some days I round down my bank account, others I use my topcashback payout.
I don't personally keep track of my own PaDs, but each month someone volunteers to add up the daily totals. Hence people post in bold, colour, large or all three to make it easier for the counter-upper. This month that's me!Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -

Thanks Green.
The meeting was ok but as I thought was a pretty thorough interrogation. Plus told if I don't get a date to come back from the doctor tomorrow they will be looking to terminate the contract. Great.Need a new job asap!

Ah ha - thank you! Regarding the physical cash like change etc, I guess you go to the bank? I have a post office near here but not sure what you can pay there!
I was thinking of doing the easiest PAD for me, which would be to my Halifax OD. If I can pay £2 a day into there then when they charge me the horrendous £1/day fee for the OD, it won't feel quite as bad! Will have a think about available pennies, anyway. Will be easier when I go back to work in May!:j Currently doing the Swagbucks challenge :j0 -

Well my OH has his current account with HSBC so whenever [STRIKE]OH gets fed up with me nagging[/STRIKE] we have a substantial amount we pay the money in and use it for either debt payments or treating ourselves.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -

Welcome Sillyrabbit and any other newbies! I just pay whatever I can afford, each day! If I pay from my bank account then I just send it via internet banking, if it's change (like from my purse) then I'll put it into a moneybox. When the moneybox is full I tip it into the change counter at HSBC and just send it to the card (but I don't count it again, cuz I already counted the change IYSWIM).
I keep track of mine in my sig and on my spreadsheet so I know how much I've paid.
And when you post it, make sure it's big and bold and colourful for the adder-upper- I shall demonstrate with my own pad for the day...
£3 for me today please COMP
