On the books issue, I don't normally know what I want to read, I'm a serial browser, most of mine are charity shop buys.

PaD for today is £2 to the cc's please keza.
It's my sister's birthday today and am feeling quite proud of myself as her present has been paid for with vouchers etc. from survey sites plus the stuff I made for her. So she has a nice pressie for no actual cost. Does that seem mean?

Hey gilli, no it doesn't seem mean - you should be proud of yourself! :T

After all you put the work in to earn the vouchers and make stuff didn't you? I'm always pleased when I can get presents with vouchers etc.

Hi all:j No not mean at all - in fact, when I've home made a present for people, they seem much more pleased with it, unless they're just being kind. Well done:T

    Good Morning Niddy! :D

I do allocate it, but......I get to pay more of the debts and see the balance go down :D I'm getting my haircut this month, on Saturday afternoon actually, OH and I are also going to go to the cinema that evening. I can plan and order the food shopping tonight (yummy!) for delivery on Sat morning. And........it's OH and I's anniversary on Sunday. :D All he wants is homemade chicken and mushroom pie, so that's what he's getting. OK, maybe I'll get a card and some other little treats to go with it.

I do global payroll coordination! lol. Oh, and also a bit of CIT, IDT and SFS coordination (what I used to do in UK). I won't bore you with the details, let's just say some days are interesting due to the language barrier. And other days are depressing when you see how much some people get as 'basic' salary, then commission on top!

haha, no, not the big boss. We share secretaries here, but I don't have much need for one. A lot of my work is email or phone based and my Manager raises the invoices. I used to do this in the UK as part of my role, but things work differently here. You have to be a certain level here to do the invoices, which is stupid cos I understand the system better than most of the senior peeps! lol

And, a little early this morning, but yes, we are an hour ahead. Which is also why I don't stay on the forums as late during the week. Well that and I get distracted by TV shows. :rotfl::rotfl: 2 and half men was on last night :D
