A lot of the 5k has been caused by a big jump in income from one year to the next. When that happewns, there is a large "payment on account" with the January half yearly bill. The July payment will "only" be about £2.8k so that shows what a difference it can make. Under the old system, the two paymnts were always equal.

I feel your pain - truly. Its my daily nightmare. All my PaD's go towards my self assessment payments on account and mainly, currently, arrears :(

Well hello guys after so long of popping in saying "Cant wait to start padding" etc im going to bite the bullet and just go for it! As i said at the weekend, cleared my card with a £551 payment on Saturday, direct debit set up to clear my capital one next week...now all thats left is £1529.84 on my 1 outstanding loan! So im going to fight at it and pad away until its gone and paid off! Starting with a £29.84 payment today :D So now at £1500 + min payment of £51.13 will come out next week then intrest added on end of month. Il be padding away at it though and hopefully be under £1300 after intrest added at the end of the month!
Work in progress...Update coming July 2012.

    Hi all:j

Popping in to say today's PAD is £175 to M&S please Keza - that clears it off :j:j:j

However, not so fast to celebrate as car went for MOT & it will be £450 to get fixed/through so that will go on there as well. Will try to pay it off right away though:mad:

Lol@ Paul - it did read like that didn't it! Hopefully the post on Grabbit didn't, I didn't have any PM's though hahaha!

Angelic, I am about an hour and a half away from Alton, it's well good - you should definitely go one day! Are you still coming down to Leic? Maybe you could visit while you're down here, or leave the kids with family for a day and you and the OH go? Especially now the new 'Thirteen' ride is about to open, it's supposed to be well scary - they've dubbed it the 'psychoaster' because it messes with your head! I can't wait! :D (I'm a total rollercoaster geek!)

Hope you are feeling OK after your op Piggin, I feel for you! (was gonna give dodgy hugs but can't find them!).

I'm shattered today cuzI stayed up all night watching the superbowl :T:T:Tand then did an hour of High Energy 5'ing when I got home - can barely move now!

Noticed earlier that FV have started a valentines day thing now, was just feeling sorry for my dad cuz he only has a few neighbours so he hasn't finished his stable yet and now everyone's sending valentines instead of stable bits! Bless him!

Making a tiny PAD today of 2p, watching the pennies till nearer the end of the month when I know I'll have enough to last me.

    Chat soon!
    xx
