I think she really goes for it, kind of like you know when they tell you to 'squeeze' and stuff to make it more difficult, well I think she does that the whole time probably?
She does do a good plank though in the super abs bit - I can't do that because my arms can't hold me up hahaha it does kill but it feels so good!

I don't want a stomach like hers though, I think a washboard on a woman isn't really that nice...would look better on OH!
