    ETA - You don't need to contact ins company, autoglass will take the payment (if they need to)

    It wasn't my excess that they charged, it was windscreen cover, I think they're different. If in doubt though, check the back of your ins certificate as it should say on it if you have windscreen cover or not.

    I'm not (anymore!) but I've been at the top for soooo long now that I don't think I could handle it if I was in 2nd place!
