    Do any of you have an emergancy fund? I dont know what to do, pay off credit card and loan with every penny i can or keep a bit now for like my mot in March and then after it pay it off? Could always pay off credit card(£440 ish) then when mot is due put it on the card...if i need to get a van as a replacement il be stuck though?

    I notice a distinct lack of trees and not many animals are you going into property development?

    I got my last tree ribbon weeks ago so got shot of em all! Also had a massive animal cull when I got my final ribbon to make way for more plots to be ploughed! :cool:

    I only have 1 mansion just now but will consider buying another 4 or 5 if you get too close for comfort! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:or maybe a post office :D
