I'm becoming a big believer in PMA. Over the last week or so, I've achieved so much, things that if I told you all, you'd possibly think were daft, but things I NEVER thought I'd be able to do. I'm facing the fear, and giving things a go. No regrets ;)

I have written this on my FB page - it explains perfectly my current state of mind.

You get one life, many opportunities, but only a limited amount of time – don’t waste it. No fears, no regrets

What a wonderful sentiment Spud. I have never passed up on an opportunity in my life ever some of them didnt turn out too great but I just knew that if I passed them up I would regret it.

Feel the fear and do it anyway:T

  • Right, off to bed. I've got a long drive tomorrow and then when I land, it's back to reality again. I've got so much catching up to do, I don't even know where to start.

    Evening :D

Had a lovely meal in Chinatown but the outside was rammed with silly people (Saturday night drunkens etc), but we had a nice walk there and back and are now on the bubbly under the duvet :D

Glad everyone is feeling positive or making changes for the better - good luck with your goals :)
