    Yes it must, but remember you have to want to change Buffy. Its like when people try to loose weight, I remember back when I was HUGE (you've seen the photos) I tried SO many times but then something just clicked in me and that was that. You really have to want something REALLY bad and have the determination to do it. Everyone has the ability to be the person they want to be, its just putting it into reality (this is where i fail ;) )
