Toto I always take it (well if I remember) when I get the first niggles of a sore throat or sniffles and it never fails to keep it at bay or kill it off. Even when I haven't taken it straight away and take it after the cold has started its cleared it up much quicker than normal. Def worth trying

Would anyone be interested in joining a DFW weight loss thread if I start one up again:confused:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

The engine management light has come on, haven't spoken to garage yet as only came on tonight. OH has had a look on line and it has said its common for it to do that when you do an oil filter change (which he did do) so I am hoping its that! Not really sure what to do, if I have to take it back up there will cost me £20 in petrol, might just be cheaper to book it in to my local man to plug it in...flipping cars I tell you its enough to send me over the edge.

  • Just been invited round to BIL's. Will be the first time I've seen him since his op.
Was settled for night but have got dressed and put a bit of slap on. I'm a fool really.
Will have to walk so if I'm not back later I've been mugged!
