    I haven't sally, does that stuff really work? I usually go for horse tranquliser style of medication, never really done the herb stuff.

    Hi Guys - had a busy day - so tired now! Managed to drag DD3 and DS to super expensive gym that I can't get out of! They went to kids club and I tried do some reading for my assignment! Managed about 40 pages in 2 hrs and the only bit I understood or can remember is about the opression of women in the caring professions!!!! Think I might have to expand on that a little to get 5,000 words by next week! OH gone to work not speaking cos I am planning to go to Scotland for a weekend to spend a couple of days with my best friend who is coming from America to scatter her mum's ashes! he is being an absolute *** about it!

    Hope you all had a more fruitfull day than I did!
