El do you think they are better, they are a bit cheaper so thought I might opt for it instead

Yes it must, but remember you have to want to change Buffy. Its like when people try to loose weight, I remember back when I was HUGE (you've seen the photos) I tried SO many times but then something just clicked in me and that was that. You really have to want something REALLY bad and have the determination to do it. Everyone has the ability to be the person they want to be, its just putting it into reality (this is where i fail ;) )

2010 the year of change :)

Tottally agree with everything you have said Sally, esp the bold bit. I was just going to type something similar :grinheart

doesn't matter. Just see it as part of life that was a necessity rather than a 'want' or a flippant impulse buy. Stuff like water pumps will always come along in life, it's how you then deal with it that's important and another couple of months onto your DFD is neither here nor there - honest ;)

I wouldnt say passata was better Sally but it gives a smooth consistency to the sauce rather than the lumpy tomatoes.

I use a half/half mixture of tinned toms and passata to make the sauce extra tommiattoeee:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I think I want to change badly enough. I know I want to feel better - and no offence to either Sal or Pap, it was more about alleivating the depression I have been feeling the last few months then losing weight.
