anything over £99 a month after living expenses you'll get an IPA (the or still only takes a % NOT all of the excess)

  • Sorry if i have overlooked this, but as it stands if T666 has around £700 left at the end of the month to go towards an ipa, then they would take approx £490 p/m for the IPA, leaving £210 surplus, from which she could pay her dad?

You may have to try and streamline your food bills a bit T666, but you would have £30 left after paying your dad to go towards things.

All things being even if you used your money for Holiday & Clothing & extra surplus you should be able to have around £300 for food? (£200 in SOA and the above?)

yh i was thinking along these lines too... shoud be able to claw it together somehow... :)

i also wondered, if I did get thrown out of my rented accomodation, (which shouldnt happen,, as I always pay on time) I assume if the rent/costs were more than what im paying now I would inform the OR and they would adjust my payment accordingly?

    cheers guys :)

just had another idea: is this another stupid one, please advise!!

what if I listed my dad as a creditor (as I should in the eyes of the law)

does this mean that my dad will get anything from the share of what the creditors get from my IPA thing?

    just a thought !!

not really.....the receiver will take any monies from an IPA 1st then IF anythings left its spread between creditors
