I think what you have said is good tweek the SOA again and put it back on and let us take a look.
It just goes to show you what help is avaliable on here and thet many heads ETC
Tech2If Carling made web-sites this would proberly be the best website in the world :T
Get your SOA done here.... http://www.makesenseofcards.co.uk/soacalc.html0 -
i live in zone 1-2 the cost of travelcard is about £99... however a zone 1-4 is about 160 or something... whats the likelyhood I would be allowed 1-4, as for visiting friends (or supermarkets ):rotfl:out of my zone 1-2!
I am going to do 2 new revised SOA,,, one for assuming Im allowed to keep the old wreck of a car and its associated expenses.. and another one without the car stuff on, rather public transport  see what you all think.0 -
I thought the car was ur dads? and you borrowed it?
Dont complocat things t666 just use the travel card and then train cost to see ur family 1/2 month the OR's to have hearts you know.If Carling made web-sites this would proberly be the best website in the world :T

I would personally forget the car expenses and concentrate on public transport then I least you are being honest to the OR if asked any questions. Just remember that once you are BR you dad will have to notify his insurance compnay and this may put up the insurance!!!!

ok so if I go the public transport route: what if the OR looks through my bank statements and find 'car related' payments... eg i put the car tax on the credit card 6 weeks ago (the last thing i got on the cc by the way!) and car insurance payments... payments to aa.,... they are going to wonder why im not admitting im using a car!!
GRR this is so frustrating!!!0 -
Hi t666, my advice would be this, dont try and second guess what the OR will or wont think, just put down what you think you need, and then if the OR asks questions you will be able to truthfully state your case of why you need what you have put downHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -
Yea I agree with debtinfo, I was not trying to be sneeky to me it would look strange having fuel and no other related car payments and yet the car is not used for company business, coz I would ask the question if I was a OR!!!
But to be fair I was honest and put it down to the letter and I got everything and no IPA so I was very pleased..
At least the OR's have hearts....

i know,, i'm just trying to cover everything without sounding dodgy hehe.
I think im going to go for the car expenses... if refused then they will just have to let me have the public transport expenses. (which when I've added both up, theres not that much difference)
probs wont be able to do this until mid feb anyway!! MBNA are already hounding me. Even sending me texts can you believe!!!0 -
