been to have some blood tests done this morning. Yuck. Nearly didn't go because the side roads are all nice and glittery again this morning  but as snow is forecast later in the week I thought this was probably the best option.
Had them done at an NHS centre in the shopping centre. Not been into town for months - I only go once or twice a year at the most. Had a wander round M+S afterwards, then tried on a couple of jumpers in Evans, bought 3 pairs of knickers (whoops!), then went into Julian Graves as they have moved since I last went to town and have a big shop now and bought 2 packets of thai crackers (on bogof) and 1 huge bag of reduced sun dried tomatoes which were short dated.
And a bag of reduced truffles from Thorntons:rolleyes:
Wish I'd chosen to have them done at the hospital. I didn't need knickers, crackers, dried tomatoes or chocolates and I'm now £11 poorer  Such a numpty.
Need to do a bit more work today. Achieved everything from yesterday but need to do more today (holiday - what holiday!) Also did the first 600 words of my research project yesterday, only need to do 1000 but also then need to find all the research material I - cough - used to formulate my ideas and write my findings - rather than just made it up and found the stuff afterwards :rotfl:
So today, as well as the normal 'stuff' like washing up and dinner:
Scheme of work for course starting next week
Minimum of the first 2 lesson plans

Type 1 section on the research project (about 200 words)

Hello! Didn't realise you had a new diary. :j
Hope all is okay with the blood tests. Love your research material technique :rotfl: - if you know already what you want to say, and what your conclusions are, you can just reference the material that agrees with you."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
yeah - mostly all your fault missus :rotfl:
Doubt the tests will say anything, they're nothing important. Because of the damage to my back and leg all those years ago, the nerves etc are knackered in the left leg and over the years I've had almost constant cramps at night (remember I got cramp at Weybiza one night!) because the muscles aren't used properly. It's blood salt and magnesium level tests with a bit of sugars/liver etc thrown in as well. Seems my GP forgot to tell me to fast  but luckily I'd not eaten since last night so it was ok."Stay Wonky":D
