I decided to send all the Land's End stuff back. The trousers were an odd fit - really long and whilst they 'fit' they were a kind of jersey and were a bit clingy on the thigh :eek: I told myself I didn't need any more shoes and went to the post office with the parcel and the bits to sort the car out.

It cost me £7.06 in postage to send the stuff back :mad: I was gobsmacked when the guy in the post office said the label was just an address one and I'd have to pay.

I have just fired off a stinky email to Land's End to tell them that was my first and last order with them and they need to start looking at how other companies operate with regards to returns if they want to fully embrace the culture of online shopping and to keep new customers.

I've also just emailed Jus Rol to say that the ready rolled pastry I used last night was sticky and a mess and was all stuck to the blue plastic stuff and I had to scrape it all off to try to use it.

I must be needing to vent today!!

argh! Time to vent again! I've had ANOTHER email from ebay saying they have detected unusual activity so have changed my password and secret question - again! I'm with live help - again! I did a full malwarebytes scan last night and it found a couple of trojan viruses. I got rid of them and the 9 other dodgy bits it found. I then changed my email password - again - and I still have a problem?!

I'm going to change the email account I use with ebay. One I don't use very much. I'm also changing virus protection from Avast to Microsoft as something is getting through to my lappy.

all sorted again - for now! Changed the email address I use for ebay, uninstalled avast and installed the Microsoft anti-virus instead that ebay recommended.
