Awwww... fanks!

I'm definitely the step before the cringing stage... No-one gets to come round to mine! My flat is chaos... absolute chaos!I've had the grand total of 8 people in my flat in the past 5 years! (and 6 of those were within a 3 day period - Xmas 08!)
*adds lots of black sacks to the shopping list :rotfl:*Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

I am not sure if anyone actually has what you are calling a normal house. We all keep saying ours are cluttered. Therefore, we are normal.

When I say I want to chuck it out I mean all the cr*p I've collected over the years and get be flipped to sort it out into sell/charity shop etc....Really tempted to bag up all the stuff under the spare bed and just bin it.....
I think like you say TPA it would be a liberating experience!MFW 2011 No. 161 £946.54/£2000 TargetApril 9/15March 14/15

What a pants day today has been.
Took a horrible phone call just as I was about to finish work today by some jumped up woman that obviously thought I was a imbecile and she knew everything about everything including my job:mad: Some people really know how to spoil a good day:(.:mad::(:mad::(:mad::(
To add insult to injury I log into facebook to find out my nephew is in hospital and no one had told me:mad: I feeling a bit fragile anyway at the moment, you know, down for no reason, weepy just generally pantoroonies and even worse than all of that my one/exclamation button is broken and my M button is on its way out:(
Bleghhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Thanks for all your kind thoughts xxxx I am feeling much better today.....must be Friday;)
Today I had two letters; one from the pet insurance company upping the dog insurance from £10.50 to £16.76 per month:eek:
Will have to go on the cashback sites and see what magic I can work:)
Also got letters from our regular savers which are due to mature, I really want some advice......what would you do?? We have around £25k due (we have been paying into these accounts rather than over paying the mortgage as the interest rates were much higher on the savings compared to the 1.09% we currently pay on our offset mortgage). Bearing in mind we will need the money anyway in about 21 months to pay off the mortgage in full, would you pay off the 25k now (there are no penalties) or would you re invest the money in a hopefully higher interest account than the current mortgage??? Does any of that make sense?
Heres hoping.

Can you reinvest for 12 months and then pay it off if you can get a better interest rate?Mortgage Free as of 31/5/11 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j0
