I started getting grey/white hair when I was about 18 and have been dying it brown ever since. I have no idea how much grey/white hair I have, 'cos I never give it a chance to surface.......

I am loving other peoples grey/white hair dilemmas!!

After reading a thread on here about what we all might give up or not to be MF, I have realised that hubby and I have become rather complacent on the money front and seemingly think it will just happen in 23 months with little or no effort:eek:


So back to basics it is, for now this is how we will start:

• taking lunch to work (such a basic thing I cannot believe we got out of the habbit of doing it:mad:)
• eating from the freezer - its chocker
• ebaying anything thats not stapled down!
• not buy anymore alcohol (the garage stash is still looking healthy so no hardship here!)

OMG, I have had the laziest weekend, not very good for money making:(

Yesterday other than a massive walk for two hours with the dog (who fell in the stream:eek: and rolled in fox poop) I did NOWT!

Today I got up at 8.20am, walked the dog, went back to bed and got back up at 1pm:o Since then I have sat on my fat bum watching the T.V. and browsed the internet. The rain stopped so took the dog for a walk again, when I returned the ice cream van was outside...£4.50 later and two large ice-creams (one for me one for hubby) I am now feeling naughty, both on the money and the diet front:o

I am going to do some ironing now to make me feel more useful!!!

Thank goodness I have been a little more productive today!!:p

Early start to take Mum to a hospital appointment, then on to do three MSs netting me about £25 after expenses, back home to walk the dog, write up two MSs then on to the gym, showered, hair washed and back on the computer to write up last MS, now I just need to flake out in front of the telly..or even have a flake in front of the telly would be good!!;)

Good News:
I have picked up a mystery shop next door to work that I can do in my lunch break, getting me £10 in pay and £5 in goods:j Another one for Friday that is further afield but in one of my favourite shops:D
Bad News:
Car tax reminder came today:mad:; £30 for the year:j

Am fed up because I ordered hubby a b'day present and have now received an email saying it is out of stock.....hmmnot happy, he is so difficult to buy for anyway:mad:

Its me!

I have been a busy bee, decluttering and earning some extra funds.

Last night I accepted a MS after work as it was located next to a large cheapish supermarket.
Did a HUGE shop, spent some money off vouchers and it still came in at £58, however I do have a lot of store cupboard stock in that:j. Filled up hubbys car with deisel whilst I was there....cost just over £50......omg thats over £100 in a hour or so, easy come easy go:o

Whilst sorting out a load of paper work I came across some details for speakers I have, I had totally forgotten about them as I had put them in the garage, anyway I advertised them on the works internet site and they sold straight away, guy came to collect this morning, so thats £30 for the pot...actually its £30 towards going out tonight, its a friends b'day and a large group of us are going out for a meal...as I say easy come easy go!

I have a large box of items to ebay, if I have time I MUST start listing things tomorrow.

Hubby has been called into work so I thought I would do the ironing, did a pair of jeans and a blouse then decided I deserved a rest:p

The sun is shining here today, great for drying washing....shame that in turn makes the ironing mountain even higher:o

I have taken naughty doggy for two massive new walks, he is very happy having sniffed out lots of new wee wees:rotfl:

Some idiot has lit a fire ...smells like burning rubber,,,so I have lit even more Yankee candles than normal..one in the main bedroom, one living room and one in the hallway:p

I have lots of Ms's booked for tomorow but could really do with the day off:cool:

Had a lovely night out for freinds b'day yesterday...very yummy food:j

I have read lots of pages of memory girls thread......very inspiring:beer:

Extra shift starts next week, so need to get organised:D

I havent managed much since I got back from hols apart from get a raging cold which is now turning into a chest infection...:mad:

I just want to chuck everything out and start again, apart from my books....

I often think, if I had to start over what sort of house would I have and what sort of decor! Not that I would want to start over again as that would mean something awful had happened (or that I had won the lottery:cool:)

It is actually really liberating throwing things away, the house is easier to keep clean and I don't have to cringe quite so much, when the door bell rings in case I need to invite someone in! That said there is still a longgggggggg way to go until it looks like a 'normal' persons house (hmmmm, wonders what a Normal Person is actually like..let alone their house:p)

Have come home for a quick shower then back of to my 2nd job.

I have got totally engrossed in a thread on the DFW diary pages, every night I am reading pages and pages but don't think I will ever catch up!

Did my three mystery shops on Monday, one of which was a phone shop......aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh they are so awful to do and to write up:mad: Oh well I don't supose I will be complaining when the money comes through!

Haven't been to the gym yet this week, no time tonight so may only get in two visits this week..not good.

As for the diet, oh ek, that has gone completely to pot, which is why i NEED to go to the gym as often as possible:mad::o

Talking of diets I really must pop across and update everyones charts on the diet thread, Taka is doing amazingly well, i'm so proud of her and we've never even met!
