I can bid........£25 which is all that's in my purse
although TPA is worth much much more than £27000
Awww, thank you:A
I feel like i've gone round the world and back again today, started the day off by picking my mother up and taking her to a hospital appointment, then travelled to two mystery shops (which I had booked completely forgetting I had promised to take mum to her appointment....plonker me, must utilise diary more often:() stopped of for a sandwich, took mum supermarket shopping (again din't lose her which is always:j) Returned shoes to Clarks for a refund:j.Took mum home, phoned around trying to sort out various other appointments she had forgotten about.....all which were booked for days I work:(. Went to gym, showered, walked dog, wrote up mystery shops, packaged up 9 ebay items (netting me about £4.50:rotfl:) .
Now collapsed in front of Dragons Den, just wondering what I can invent to get £27k of their money to pay my mortgage off!
I shall be glad to go to work tomorrow for a rest!;)
Phew I'm tired just typing that up!

I have a couple of mortgages and as of today they total £129,654.39. Approximately :rotfl:. Hope this makes you feel a bit better - if not have a look around - there are people on here who owe around 400k _pale_A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

thanks feel much better now!!
I have had my mortgage 3 years now and started at 145K so 16K off in 3 years isnt bad! ...plus the selling price for the place would be possibly 165-170K (and thats not taking account of the crazy london prices things go for around there!)...it just seems like such a lot sometimes ..for something with only one room too! so even being MF on there the aim would be to buy somewhere bigger but use the profit from the sale to put down ..potentially starting another MF quest!..then again I will have so much practice by then Ill be great at it!0 -
London prices stagger me! My morgage is on a 4 bed semi with 2 full bathrooms and a large garden and garage in a very desirable area of a small market town up here - it does seem like a lot but I think thats because how can one room really be valued at 7x the average annual salary?!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I know- its crazy isnt it??? I do sometimes look at what we could get for our money elsewhere- even within a 2 hour drive of where we are now...but our lives and family and friends are round here , and we dont really want to move out ...but yes, the prices for one room (or 3 if you count the bathroom and living room) is INSANE!! even though I bought it ! (for less than it would sell for now mind you)...
having said that 2-3 bed houses can be anywhere between 200-270 so the difference in jumping up from 1 bed to 3 isnt as much in proportion...but still enormous, given that the salaries here probably arent that much bigger (in proportion to how much you are shelling out for housing) to those in other areas of the country...0 -
I want a bigger mortgage
As in theory this means that BF and I have bought are dream home and are living together full time, instead of just at weekends
But I also want rid of the one that I've got (only £25K to go).
40 the same time as TPA, is doable if I have no lifeMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0
