NOTHING worse than workmen. I had a summer of it when we had work done on the house! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I would move out next time rather than do it. I HATED it. You have my total sympathies.

:oAh well, today is a different day, the sun is shining so fingers crossed for a good one.

Went to the gym yesterday and am just about to leave the house (when I can drag myself off here!) and go again, then having a girly day with my Mum...wish me luck, I normally end her losing her in the shops!!:o

    To Do's:
I really mut get back into my diet - going to the gym has given me cart blanch (sp?) to eat what I want:mad:
Money: must get back on track only 25 paydays left until my 40th:eek:really must check we are still on track, hae been very slack lately, not ven done this/last months maths!!:(
Ensure that keep up the good work in the gym, must go at least 3 times a week, and am hoping for 4 times like I have the past two weeks.

Right off to the gym, good day to you all!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope i haven't booked the same cavity wall insulation peeps as you. I'd have been complaining anyway at the fact they turned up so early without even a courtesy phonecall. And the swearing. Bah.

It does make you uncomfortable anyway having people about. Heck, i have known my workmen for about 30 years since he was my dads mate and his son, but i still felt a bit weird. As to making breakie, what a cheek.

But on a brighter note, well done on such a big clothing size difference. I would be chuffed to go from 16 to 12, so you must be feeling proud. Keep going now and you will get there.
