River? North Sea? Under your bed (Dinah might not go for this)? Freezer?

Poolie you are a genius. I think he should fit nicely in the tees. But if I'm lucky the train will crash and do it for me.

I was reading over his shoulder. He doesn't actually really pretend to be working when hes not, he just giggles! He is terrible, then he gets REALLY stroppy that there is so much needing to be done and I just stay quiet to keep from saying 'its not like it snuck up on you! Now stop whinging and get on with it'!

    Oi I resemble that statement.

Anyhu, I spoke to the Office manager whos actually the project lead. Explained the whole situation to her. Shes told me to just carry on and push on and that he was totally out of order to say what he did re me needing to learn my place and that it is not HIS project. Its a 50/50 split and he needs to learn his place. So I'm going to pull him aside on tuesday when he gets back and lay it out in very simple terms so the incompitent self important fool can understand. She also told me to tell the director I'm meeting with tomorrow about the whole situation and what my plan of action is, and to update them after we have our little chat.

All in all a very good day. And to top it all off, I've finished a module of my course already tonight :)

Birdie - sounds like a good idea with the weddinmoon, how exciting to think it isn't far away!

Dinah - hope you are coping OK, sounds like you are getting lots done where you are awake!

NIM - sounds like your day is going a bit better now and atleast you have the manager on your side.

I have been sufering from a horrible cold, really need to do some revision for my work exam but I really can't face it. Hoping to be feeling a bit better for the weekend to do some then.

I have been trying to get some viewings for flats today but so far not going well at all, two had squatters and the other two had gone. Now i am trying to look elsewhere but there is hardly anything in our budget... going to see if OH has any better ideas.

Ah Tete, we have almost all the paperwork done, but the seller is having a baby on 21st Jan so we won't be able to move until early March. It seems so long away! But we have shared for 5 years so I guess a few more week won't make any difference.

They are ebaying the fitted oven though, which I thought was a bit bizarre?! (And stingy...)

Good luck with your search Wendz, where abouts are you looking?

At least that gives you a bit of time to prepare Lara. Have you started getting any house bits?

We are looking North/West London as needs to be where OH can get to work easilly. Is so expensive though... I don't know whether it is worth us renting till OH finishes his probation period (2 years) and then we can possible look elsewhere.

Train crash usually involves more people.

Take him up the hills for a walk!

Considered it but he could try something on first as he is so inclined.
