I am sorry to hear about your house issues, I am sure there is someone with more law expertise than me but have just covered some professional law at college and I am pretty certain that you may have a case for professional negligence over the things you mention. As you have relied on the statement made by a professional within their field whose statement will ultimately cause you financial loss (or it is stated in some way along those lines). It might be worth raising this with them?!

Nice to see you again JTR. Thats some nice scary legal speak you've got going on there, I'll have to put it into my letter. I've almost finished it now, want it gone tomorrow.

So yes, the letter is the priority for today. After that its calling the council to sort out conuncil tax, and I'm going to post on a board on here about what to do as regards setting up elec, gas and water as I've never done it before and I don't know the procedure - do I just call up a random company?!

I have no idea, OH magicked it all up when we moved in! I think he just called British Gas and asked to be set up?

Cinny, can I have another couple of Asos codes if you have them? My cans of diet coke don't have them! At the weekend I realised while I have a gazzilion clothes I don't have any flat summer sandals, and I'm down to 3 bras which fit, so I could do with ordering a few more.

Called council tax, I think I scared her by giving my email address as the one I've set up in my married name - but there is no point it coming to an address I won't be using!

I've had the new layout for a couple weeks now, much prefer it to the old one. It's all neat and fresh! It is being pretty slow today though, I think it's all switched over now?

We're still not sure yet. I think it might just be another couple random days away more than anything planned, plus it depends on what money is like! I know OH doesn't like me paying for everything all the time, and I don't want him to feel pressured as to cough up half so a full week isn't really on the cards if that makes sense?? Fingers crossed I pass my driving test this week then holidays won't be such an issue as we'll be able to see each other a lot more than we do now

Good idea about taking the comps off the list, I suppose if you don't win anything it's a bit of awaste of time with all the house and wedding stuff going on!
