:rotfl:Dont worry im not planning on taking bikinis etc... My mum goes the same time every year and is usually about 16 C. But literally all my tshirts etc are hanging off me. The only things i have that properly fit me are jumpers and real winter stuff.
Don't like the sound of that class at all, I went spining once and it's not for the faint-hearted!!
Yea i have been to spinning before and when people told me this was much worse i didnt believe them.....i now do!Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
Afternoon everyone!
Starting to get all excited about my holiday now. Had a bit of a freak out earlier though, last time i went anywhere remotely warm i was a large size 12, im now a small 10 so all my summer clothes are far too big.
OH took me to some sales, i spent £22 and got enough stuff to last me for the whole week we are there - so pretty pleased with that!
Only other thing i have done today is go to a cross-biking class (its the new spinning apparently, but burns even more calories) - why on earth do i do it to myself??
Check the weather before you go Flower. I have been in Barcelona twice in January and it has been cold and wet both times. Saying that, the first time we went, our friends were there the week before and it was 20C so you never can tell. It is good to check before you go though, as last year I got soaked through and was really cold.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Lulu, you asked about not earning points on your Tesco CC, I think that you earn extra points per £ spent on the card but you don't accumulate any for an outstanding balance on your card. So you may have £2500 on the card but you're not going to get that much in points every month because it isn't new spends. This is only what I deduced (I have a Tesco CC too) so if I'm wrong someone can correct me!
Lol i know im not going to earn points by an outstanding balance. But i have spent £2500 on it and most of that was in Tesco, but i have only ever earnt £1 in Clubcard points. I've never spent themi dunno, i suppose i should give them a ring!

Seems like you guys have lost interest in dooyoo just as I started to get properly into it lol!!
Oh and also, got a random £5 cheque today for being within the first 100 to do a survey (love my blackberry!) and paid that, and some money from my mum into my account I am paying back! Its a start at least!0 -

I love the dress - i would love to have the confidence to be able to wear something like that!!
Ooh you speaking of the money you paid in reminded me - i got a fake £20 note today. Took it out a cash machine and thought it looked and felt a bit funny. Obviously with working in a shop i handle a lot of money and as soon as i touched it i thought it wasnt right. I took it straight into the bank they confirmed it was fake and asked where i got it from.....'erm....your cash machine outside' :rotfl: They reluctantly took it off me and gave me a new one - but i had read in our local paper a few days ago about there being a lot floating around in the town for some reason.

I'm a member and I tend to redeem at least one £10 voucher per month. In all, I've redeemed £70 worth of vouchers so I'd consider it worth it personally. It doesn't take me too long to enter my purchases either as it's mostly a case of entering numerical values and choosing from drop-down menus and stuff like that.ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0 -

Well they werent going to change it. I had to request to speak to the manager, basically told them to watch the CCTV as i noticed they had a camera right outside - where they would have been able to see me withdraw the money.
But yes very lucky otherwise i would have been £20 down!!Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0
