Aw Tink I was wondering what all the fuss was about at first - I'm always going away and doing things with the girls and was wondering if OH was thinking the same about me, but I have plenty of holiday and flexi time so I see what you mean I'd be annoyed too. Maybe you'll be able to get a long weekend somewhere though?

Speaking of flip flops, I was trying on some fit flops in the airport, they were too small for me but seemed really comfy so the hunt os on for some cheap ones, I could wear them to work so any walking (round the shops ahem) I do at lunch time would really be exercise!

Yeah thanks girlies! glad its not just me! Ah well, I think its just a mix of jealousy and that this is the first time we wont get loads of holidays together (the best part of uni!!) But I know there is a lot of time in the future, and also he doesnt care when I do loads of stuff like going skiing with my boy-friends and going to Africa on my own etc, and he didnt go on the last 2 boys holidays so think well i dont know. I'm goin to try and talk dates this weekend with him Just he was like "I'm taking the day off for your graduationn arent I?" yeah, as if that counts!!

How does your OH's holiday allowance work Tink? Has he got no more holiday days until next year now? That's a bit rotten if that's the case! But, like Cinny says, there are plenty more years and he'll feel rotten when he goes and miss you like mad so you should get lots of love, attention and presents when he gets back!

Apparently phantom doggy pregnancies are not too unheard of. Another lady was saying her old dog had a few, she used to get really snappy if they tried to take her 'babies' off her.

I think it is nice to go on separate holidays sometimes. Myself and OH have done that on occasion and it has worked out well. 2 years ago I went to Oz with a boy-friend (who is gay) to my brothers wedding and OH had to stay at home because of uni.

Having said that, I wouldn't be overly impressed if OH had no hols left to go anywhere with me though.

I don't know if I'd want to go on a proper holiday without OH, 3 or 4 days is OK but I miss his too much! The last time he went on a lads holiday (and I sulked...) he said that a week was too much because a) he missed me and got fed up of the boys and b) he's too old now to go out drinking every night!

I think OHs dog went through that, she still nurses her toys a little Just took a new picture of Percy clickclick he's much nicer to look after when he's sleeping!!

Hope you find some cheap fitflops Tete!! I got my pair from Cloggs, mainly because they were on sale for £35. Haven't got to wear them out yet because they weather went rubbish as soon as I got them, but they're comfy from wearing them around the house!

I found my feet were too thin fot fitflops, there was a massive gap between my feet and the straps, but i tried them on in america, so maybe the ones over there were designed for fatty feet people! Or maybe thats normal but i didnt find them confy

I think he will have to take 17 days for this trip 1 for my graduation and he allready took 1 for london, and then 2 for some (also with friends but different ones) other long weekend with his friends and he only gets like 25 i think (does anyone know what the minimum is?) and then I think he HAS to take some over christmas

I was chatting to my friend at Zumba the other night about the new Reebok shape-ups and she said, 'At least they look better than those awful fitflops, you wouldn't catch me dead in them!' I was like, 'Errr, I've got some and they're sooooo comfy I live in them in the summer!', it was funny watching her trying to back track!
