Well I saw the doctor yesterday, still no MRI results, so he's signed me off until next Friday, when I have to go back and hopefully he'll have them by then. And from then we'll know what needs doing. Fingers crossed anyway.

Thats good anyway Dinah, it must be improving as you've been out and about. When you first had it you couldnt even climb the stairs, so thats a good sign!

Me and OH have been SO ill. Caught the bug that the kids had, was in bed all yesterday, which is really not like me. It was horrible, but hopefully a 24 hour thing as im feeling a bit better already.

You can all throw things at me, for not doing anymore reviews for Dooyoo, however i can throw things back as i've done enough reading & rating, to have earned my cheque Just waiting for the pending points to clear.
Also won £40 this morning on the free Tiki game on JackpotJoy

Hope everyones had good weekends so far...

ETA: Cant remember if i've said already, but i won £2 highstreet vouchers from a survey too. Not much, but all adds up!

Oh and i sold 4 DVDs on Amazon yesterday, but dont know how much for yet. Not expecting much, think they are only about £2 each.
Not a bad weekend considering how rough i was! Might get ill more often :rotfl:

Yep it's the first house we bought and also the first time we have lived alone together (not sharing with someone else) which has been great. Up early to get my house in order <ahem>. Yesterday we went to the furniture recycling place, I didn't see any desks I liked there or ikea, so am stuck with my wobbly old beast for the time being. Also ikea have discontinued the shelves I was going to buy so I came home empty handed. OH nearly bought the whole place for his office LOL. I am quite jealous of his flat packing assembly.

Still better to wait and get something I really like (I hope).

That's annoying about your MRI results Dinah - hope you get some news really soon.

I'm in a right flunk today. I've pushed myself a bit too far the last two days, and my knee is screaming today. So I'm back on the codeine, in bed with a hot water bottle under it, and generally feeling angry that it's still knackered.

Ahh well, be good when you have the results and more time to work on Etsy and your website while you're off work, gotta think positive!

My 4 DVD's made £16.89 alone! How cool is that!? I thought I'd only put them on for about £2 each, so I'm well happy with that! I'm feeling pretty much 100% better, but OH is still rough.

Ooooh have a lovely time Poolie have you been before? I went a few years back, Trevi fountain is quiet and romantic at night, as are the Spanish steps, both are maddly busy in the day. Pizza is universaly fab, ice cream not as I had hoped, and they look at you like you're mental if you order anything other than a straight coffee before midday! Do you speak Italian? One place refused to serve us at all if we didn't speak even stilted Italian!

Lol I'm sure you have a great time, just try to learn the word for coffee or whatever it is you drink before you go. If you want them to give you good service try to learn a phrase such as 'can we have a table please' , most definately a city that appreciates you trying to fit in with them
