My friend has had her baby, a little boy called William and he was 8 lb 11. So pleased for her, hoping I can meet him this weekend but will see how she is feeling.

Hope everyones well! Nice to have a payday and be back into the MSE swing of things.

Feeling sorry for OH, he went out for his birthday yesterday to the casino in the city and by the sounds of it spent the night subbing his friend, buying him drinks and even paid for his taxi home. Says it felt more like his friends birthday than his! Thankfully his 'friend' is pretty good at paying him back quickly but it still doesn't sound very nice. I'm going to up the spoiling scale today to make up for it!

Buying mothers day presents today, as work is pretty slow Got my Ma sorted, scouting for my Grandma now!

His laptop decided to stop working yesterday, hopefully it's just the cable/charger thingy. So today im back to using mine, with the huge cracks in the screen and the return button that doesnt work.
Not so bad but just realised that all my half written reviews are saved on his, not mine :eek: This ones doing my head in, i can barely see what im typing!

I told my boyfriend to start saving now! Its my 21st in may
My room looks like a bomb site here because I went out the other day and jus chose to abandon everything when I came in drunk! oops! So first job of the day is to sort all of that out! It really is bad! Then its hard work alll weekend to try and get my dissertation moving I'm finding it realy hard and I dont like it
Money-wise, I got £200 from my savings (necessary!) hit my current account and I've pretty much spent it all. A cheque I had paid in cleared and I went out and paid my share of the bills so really im back to square 1! the boy sold some things on ebay the other day, and I think I'm going o try and get some stuff sorted to sell over easter or something... would like another free listing day though really!!!
Shame about the laptop lulu! I'm sure you'll get your reviews back but it is such a shame because you obv work really hard on them! (I feel a bit bad really because I do not put as much effort in as u- my reviews are lame but you get paid the same so I dont know!) gonna try to write a few reveiews today but I am lacking in inspiration

Haven't looked at CMD's page yet but congrats to her - what wonderful news.

Poolie, thanks so much for the info about SLC. I'm on to it now......I'd laugh if the company did get fined for not doing the job properly cos they are so slack at payroll and I know we won't get our P60's until maybe August or September. Last year they got the year before's P60 but are still waiting for last years. 1 of the reasons I considered going back was because they had a an external company doing payroll and they did it properly but that stopped within a couple of months of me starting back there. As for tyhe taxman - I think I've found a solution but I'll try and sort it when the self assessment comes in.

I really need to get back to dooyoo as I haven't been on in ages but I can never think what to write.....and from your posts it looks like I'll need to read really slowly or I'll be told off for speed clicking!

Right, off to upset work and speak to SLC and to find CMD's page.

Tink - It's on the 26th of this month (same as Zig! ) I think with DooYoo reviews though as long as you put enough info/thoughts into it you're good. I was getting to the point where I was writing near essays before I quit it - had to start cutting my thoughts short!

I think so, or at least for now anyways. I kind of dropped all extra money making when I figured out a better budget! (when I say better, I mean realistic!) The driving's going pretty good! I'm driving outside of the lessons now which is nice and dandy Be glad when it's all over though!
