Dinah, you paintings are great, how did you get into doing paintings in that style? It's so unusual and doesn't look like a painting per se but more of a graphic design, very clever!

Birdie - sorry to hear you are having a down day. That is definitey not nice of your OH to blame it on you when it sounds like it wasn't your fault.I agree with the others and sit down and do a budget. Maybe you should have a seperate savings account for the wedding stuff as sounds like you may not have as much as youor OH thought. Hope you feel a bit better about it soon.

Cinny - nice to see you on here again more, glad things are slowing down for you a bit. Sounds like you need the rest!

Pilchard - hope you had a nice holiday. Sorry I can't help with the tax thing either, sounds very confusing!

Not much news from me. I am having a bit of a spendy month so far so trying to be good as poss now. Is a long month as well eek.

I did yoga at lunch at work now which seemed to make me knackered, think I will be feeling it tomorrow.

It just sort of evolved. I've always loved painting, but I'm not so hot on the fine art ultra realistic stuff, but I love doing people, so this style just evolved over time.

I'm absolutely buzzing! So happy to have sold one (At first I thought it was poddle as its a really similar name, but its a lady in the US! I have a real buyer who isn't just buying to make me feel better!!!!!) I'm dancing, AND it's one down towards one of my medals - I think it's only 5 I have to sell in a year to get the bronze.
