Mentally I've spent about £600 on ASOS in the last 20mins, I need a MUCH better paying job to keep my habits under control!

Now this is more my kind of talk! I have a 20% off code if it helps? :rotfl:

The clearout sounds like a good plan. I tried clearing my wardrobe out on Saturday but couldn't part with anything :o

Birdie - I can't really say anything different to what has already been said. It's yours and your OHs day, not anyone elses. Do what makes you happy!

It really is a bargain when you think about it... it will only cost £480!

I bet I could spend my entire annual after tax salary in a week if I really put my mind to it, and thats not counting big purcahses like a car or something! If I hadn't found this site I really would be up the creek without a paddle by now!

Well you've got to be a Yummy Mummy!

Dinah, I could easily spend both mine and OH's salary in a week on 'bits' that I want! I don't understand how people say that they woudn't know what to do with the money if they won the lottery, my winnings would be allocated before the cheque clears!

It's crazy how fast money vanishes. I could easily spend a thousand+ by just buying the MAC things I want!

I don't think you are selfish at all for you to want your dream wedding Birdie. I would love to be invited to a wedding abroad. I would say that I would prob only want to go if it was family/close friends though. I an't believe your OHs friends are saying yes and then saying no behind his back, he needs to have a word with them and find out what they really think.

Bit late but Happy Belated Birthday Dinah! Hope you had a good one.

Has anyone used Music Magpie before for selling cds/dvds etc, are they any good?

Also where do you all sell your books? Green Metropolis, Amazon etc? I have a fair few to get rid of. Trying to make Feb, my Jan, but so far its just as poo :o Trying to keep positive but finding it mega hard!!
