Hi EE, saw you over on the PAD thread & just dropped by for a visit. Well done on clearing your O/D.

I was like :D when I saw your name pop up on PAD.

Glad to see you back and privileged that you have come to visit me. Better check to see if you have a diary.

The problem is I am subscribed to loads of them and have to spend ages reading them all before I can get on for the day:rotfl:

Bit late to the party, but a belated Happy Birthday and happy decluttering :D

Your PADs are fab - well done :T

    Thanks Ali.

I need to really try with these PAD's as need to clear £1300+ in 14 weeks. I make it £13.50 per day:eek:. I won't be able to keep the large PAD's up all month but will continue with surveys and see where I get.

:D Nice to see a familiar face.

I know the feeling EE the diaries are great for inspiration & then you get hooked and have to see what's going on! It's dangerous!

You can be forgiven for not subscribing to everybody's thread - you are a very busy lady.

    Thank you for joining me.

The problem is that I am too nosey and I have to read from the start:eek: so it's like a story in one sitting (or quite a few) and then when I catch up I get a bid bored waiting for the next update:rotfl:

I'm the same with blogs - I have to read from the start!!

At least it keeps me out of mischief and keeps me motivated.

No need to thank me, I know it helps when you have support. Sometimes its hard in real life to tell anyone so better to offload on here.

If I had known you liked them I could have sent them to you.
If I get any more I will bear you in mind.
  • Paid another £30 to Halifax c/c

Have been tidying my desk/top of filing cabinet - I just could not get motivated so I did 15 minutes of sorting/tidying and then 15 minutes of diaries (about 4 hours total). It really helped and now my desk looks amazing.

I have 2 folders left to sort - one for committee work that needs filing and the other is paperwork that needs some action.

I have even managed to complete my Tax Return for last year.

Just need to do DH's now - this is not helped by the fact he ruined my computer the other month and I have lost all my previous spreadsheets so can't remember how much of the vehicle expenses I allowed and all sorts of other things. Will just do the best I can.

Nothing else gone out today but had a delivery of a storage box specifically for wrapping paper. It will help no end with keeping wrapping paper tidy and safe for next year. At the moment we are using old plastic bags but they can get squashed.

I love that this year I have money in different pots and there was plenty in the household account to get this.

I have also ordered a 3 section laundry sorter - this is desperately needed as the laundry bag we use for lights gave up the ghost last year and is tiny anyway. The one we use for darks is fine but we need an extra section to keep towels and bed linen in.

I plan to tidy out the utility room, sell the tumble dryer, then DH can paint it (our boiler was faulty 18mths ago and chucked out loads of black soot over the ceiling and we have just left it:eek: - no-one goes in that room but us and we never need to look at the ceiling:rotfl:) and then my new laundry sorter can sit neatly under the counter that's already there.
