Well I did not come back for a rant and now [STRIKE]everything is brushed under the carpet and I pretend I am ok[/STRIKE] alright :rotfl:
I have had a busy couple of days, DH has been extra poorly again so we spent Friday at A & E - they weren't much use and I missed a day at my normal job
Then the cat was poorly again, I think he had been attacked again but no obvious wounds so took him to the vet. They have found lots of scratch marks all over him so I guess one or more is infected so injection of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory plus antibiotics to have at home and that was me £48 down
Today as a positive I have managed to list 25 items (I think) on ebay - I have 3 watches on one item already. These are all DD's clothes that she has outgrown.
Had to go and get DD some new school shoes as her feet have grown and after Easter holidays she could not fit into her school shoes which were a 13. I knew she had gone up to a 1 as over Easter I had to get her some new casual shoes but today all the school shoes in a 1 would not fit so we have gone for a 2 (which seems to be smaller than some of the others). The ones we got were £36  but will last her. Luckily I had a 25% off voucher which was very :money:
While we were there they had some cheaper school shoes in a size 2 reduced from £12 to £3 and I even got 25% off them (even though the voucher said it did not apply to other discounts) so a bargain £2.25 for shoes which she will need in September before the weather turns and I make her wear shoes which cover her whole foot. (Well that is the plan but knowing her she will go up another size - if that happens I will put them on ebay!!)
Forgot to mention that the temp job I am doing is going to finish either this week or next as they have another temp to take over as I am needed on a new project which will last 6 mnths and will be paid at my proper rate :T. They have said that if I have to finish sooner (if the temp learns quickly) then they will pay me up to the 8 weeks as this is what they promised me!!!

All ticking over then..except DH being ill...hope they can get it under control soon0

Oh my poor cat!!!
Poorly cat is even more poorly, supposed to be back at the vets tonight anyway but he is limping badly on one back leg. He had a slight limp last week when I took him to the vet, I am not sure if the infection has not gone or the anti-inflammatory injection has worn off which is what happened back in March.
There must be something wrong with him if he can't fight infection as he is only 2 and a big boy at that - or the other cat is some rabid scab of a cat :rotfl:
Was going to ring the vet now for an emergency but logic says that he is not dying and I can't afford the emergency fee.
Will see how he is at 8 when they open and decide then.

 - to my cat (need I say more!)
So the cat has been to the vet, another £37 . They are not really sure what it is as there are no bite wounds but it is not broken (but I never thought that anyway)
Another anti-inflammatory injection and some more antibiotics for a week.
This morning he is still poorly and still can't walk very well - last time the injection made him better for a few days until it wore off.
Will have to keep a very close eye on him.

Just making a note again about relative (poss. signs of early dementia).
The other day a neighbour dropped off some asparagus, relative was in the garden and said that he had not knocked - I asked him how he knew if he was in the garden - he said he hadn't heard him. (Well without being rude relative is quite deaf and even DH and I struggle to hear the door knock if we are in the garden.
Relative went to take the money that night when he realised how annoyed I was - the money had been left on the side so you would have thought when he realised he would have taken the money up during the day?!!?
Neighbour was not in, the next day relative did not take the money again so when I got in from work I took it up to the neighbour.
I came back and was talking about the neighbour and how I had asked for more asparagus etc.
Last night I got in from work and relative said he had taken the money to neighbour, I asked what money he had given him and he said from his own pocket because he could not find the money that I had left on the side .
I pointed out that I had taken money up the night before - relative denied all knowledge of it . He handed the money to neighbours wife so she just took the money not realising we had already paid!!
It is quite funny really but I am worrying that one day something serious will happen.

My poorly cat is still poorly although he can at least put his paw on the floor although he is still walking with a limp, last week he could not do this so definitely getting better although it is very slow progress.
DD has joined Brownies so had to get a uniform at the weekend, spent £37  but now we know how the sizing works we will buy from ebay in the future
Have managed to pay another £65.72 to DH for my car bill he out on his credit card which leaves £233.50 (For those who realise that my last figure less £65.72 is not £233.50 that's because I add interest every month as DH gets charged interest so thought I had better be fair and pay some interest - DH does not want me to but I don't want him saying I have made him get in more debt!!)
Not sure if I will have the money to clear it this month but I will give it a good shot.
Have just done my mileage claims for relief work for March and April which I work out to be £110 which will be paid mid-June which will come in handy.
Also have some other money to claim so will do that asap.
Have had a letter from CSA, they have recalculated maintenance and I will again lose quite a bit of money - it won't go down to what it was last year but not far off. I was pretty narked but then I think that I should not have to rely on my ex for money to keep me afloat - the sooner my debts are cleared the better.

Slightly off topic....
I like many others have decided that I spend too much time on here - I can sit here all evening and not actually achieve much except for reading people's diaries.
I have subscribed to quite a few and receive an email update every day, as I am so busy I had got behind with reading them - some back to April  so I have caught up and had a cull of those which no longer grab my attention.
And to the others please could you pay your debt off asap so I can stop subscribing :rotfl:
I am way behind with my committee work and have just done membership that people asked for beginning of April. This always happens and I should not have to hide from phone calls - it is worse than being in debt :rotfl:
So with DH I am going to sit down tonight and work out what nights we will veg in front of the telly (to watch all the stuff we have on sky+ which is hovering near 90% full again ), what nights we have something on outside the home, what nights he can watch his programs and I can come on here and what nights I do my committee work.
The joke is that if I kept up with my committee stuff it would only take half an hour per week at most (except around renewal time when it will take a lot longer) leaving the rest of the evening free!
I have had a sort out of some of my books from when I sold on Amazon last year or the year before - I forget now. We have about 16 fruit boxes of books to take to a car boot so we are going to start this Saturday to see how it goes, if it goes alright we will o to a different place the week after and so on all through the summer until the books are all sold. Obviously if we don'ty do very well I will not do any more and will have to dispose of them without making any money.
Anyway amongst the books we were sorting were some self-help style books and one was about marriage - I had a quick flick and some things really hit home so once I go back into the shed I will have a read and see what I can do to change my life to make it better.
Last thing... I have booked DH in to have acupuncture to see if this will help his head as he still is in pain and I don't want him on medication for life. Seems quite expensive but hopefully it will do good and also DS's osteopathy is infrequently now so saving money each week from that.

Oh look, it's me again!!!
Just had to buy cartridges for the printer which comes out of the household pot but as I had Amazon vouchers from surveys I have paid with one of them and transferred the money to the debt owed to DH.
Another £27.50 paid!!

Had an email yesterday from a betting site that I last used for the Grand National 2010 to say as I have mney in there and have not used the account for a year I will be charged a fee - so I promptly withdrew it - so £6.55 coming to my pocket and not theirs!!!
Once it arrives I will pay it to a debt.
DH had acupuncture yesterday, the discussion at the start took ages as he has so much wrong with him :rotfl:
She did some treatment on him and he noticed a difference straight away bringing the pain to a 5/10 which is brilliant, she does not expect it to last as he needs to build it up.
This morning even before his medication his pain is a 5/10 but he feels extra sleepy which she said he would.
His right leg in particular hurts, there is an acupressure point in his leg for his head so it ties in with the whole theory etc.
The cost was £50 and then will be £45 after that but if it works I don't mind paying for it. DH will pay for one session and then I will pay for the next one and so on as neither of us can afford it in full.
What will DH having acupuncture, DS having Osteopathy and the cat being poorly it just leaves me and DD plus 3 more cats to get poorly (not counting relative who takes approx 20 tablets a day for various ailments!!)

I have invoiced some recent mystery shopping and also 2 from January  which I had lost the paperwork for. I did this on Tuesday and the money was in my account yesterday :T so I have transferred £70 to debt owed to DH.
I now owe him £136.00 :T
I have also had another payment of CSA paid in which works out at about 2 weeks worth, not sure if this is extra or if it is next months early although I have had a letter to say I am getting less.
Will probably pay this to the credit card and then it will be cleared next week before month end which was my target :T
