Im off to Aldi too.
Am meeting my mum & so can combine trips so domt waste petrol.
Last leeks I got were £1 odd & broccoli was about £1 too:eek:
This healthy eating & trying to loose weight is expensive:mad:
FF~on job front you never know you could car share.

The last leeks I bought were £2.98 per kg according to my spreadsheet :eek:

Shall be posting very soon with my freezer contents (exciting!!) so I can print it at work and tape it into the Frugal Tome for reference

I'm also trying to drag myself away from Being Human to make soup....but I don't want to!

I genuinely haven't a clue. Methinks a mealplan is in order, but I'm rubbish at them

I do know that my folks are down again in a week and a half and that they will be bringing me lots of free meat, meaning that I need to eat things and soon!

I certainly plan to decant bits of Freezer 1 into Freezer 2 and eat at least one chicken in that time to make more space....I just need a plan! I know I'll be getting at least some lamb chops, shoulder and gigot of lamb. Yummy!

The Ben and Jerrys belongs to Mr Fresian as it's the flavour I don't like Mine is all gone

Honestly, I won't need to buy anything for a while. I challenged myself to only buy reduced meat in January and succeeded, so I'm going to do the same again in February - that should be easy enough with my folks bringing down more for me!
