I'm hoping not to shop properly for a couple of weeks but I will need to pop soewhere for fresh fruit, salad and milk. Otherwise I have a freezer and cupboards which are all full to bursting!!! Oh and I'll be spending sometime at OH's house which is totally the opposite so he'll have to do some shopping then!! I'm starting with today as I need to get organised and back to the diet!

Sat - HM lasagne from the freezer with salad
Sun - at OH's, he's doing chicken in nando's marinade with salad, pita bread and a few oven chips.
Mon - Pork in gravy (leftovers from freezer) with steamed veg.
    Tues - lasagne & salad
Wed - Beef stir fry and noodles.
Thurs - Chicken jalfrezi (from a jar) & Rice
Fri - HM fish fingers, oven chips & mushy peas
Sat - out with OH and his parents for his dad's b-day
Sun - back to work so something boring and quick :-(

Wed - stilton and apricot sausage hot dogs with onion and corn on the cobs

Thurs - Pork, veg and mustard casserole with crusty bread (making it from the Sainsburys feed your family for a fiver leaflet just because it looks yummy and comforting)

Fri - Maccaroni and bacon frittata with potato rostie (again from the Sainsburys feed your family for a fiver leaflet as have 2 bacon chops, a bag of maccaroni and eggs to use up!)

Saturday lunch - crusty bread, cheese, pickles and crisps :)

We feel like we're eating the same meals all the time! Mainly due to time and the fact OH cant cooK!

    Tuesday – Spaghetti Bolognaise

Wednesday – Spaghetti Bolognaise with baked spuds

Thursday – HM Spicy Split Pea soup & HM bread

    Hello everyone!
First ever post here, despite lurking for a long time.
This week we will still be using up leftover's. I am ashamed to say that in the past these would have been binned, Now however, I need to really budget for food and stick to it.
    Sunday:
Savoury mince, frozen yorkies, carrots (left for reindeer and recycled!) and new pots (leftover from New Years day buffet)
    Monday:
Homemade pasta sauce (made with leftover swede/carrots and roast onions from Xmas dinner) and meatballs, served with taglitelle
    Tuesday:
Leftover turkey (sliced and frozen) curry, made with a 6p Tesco value sauce and rice
    Wednesday:
Pasta carbonara (leftover gammon, sliced and frozen)
    Thursday:
    Lasagne
    Friday:
Chicken thighs, oven chips and baked beans
    Saturday:
    Home made pizzas
    Sunday:
Roast Pork and all the trimmings

None of the meals need me to buy anything. My target is not to but any food until this time next week.
