Price is comparable with Virgin (direct flight from Manchester) for May next year when we hope to go.
Hi Mate, we flew TC middle of october and cant fault the flight at all, we were in premium cabin and not sure if they've stopped this for next years flights but everything was great for us, kept us fed and watered both ways(food was better than ive usually had and bar was well stocked) seats were comfy enough and had loadsa leg room and all the staff were really friendly, also no delays either way!!
I'd defo fly again if they still do the premium cabin!!

Now just have to book hotels. Any reccomendations for good hotels on the strip, want to stay somewhere pretty nice but no more than about £120 a night. Thanks
I've stayed at The Venetian & The Palazzo, both around your price range and very nice hotels, on the plus side for both of these they're all suites so you get a nice big room.
I'm going to be staying at the Palazzo again in December, I've been saving up my Tesco vouchers and exchanging them for airmiles and managed to get the palazzo for £85 a night, we usually pay around £120 a night, so you have plenty of time to save up with airmiles if you shop at Tesco and do all your christmas shopping online through airmiles. but there are other places you can get reasonable prices for the hotels.0 -

I would check the timing of the SFO>LAS flight as there's something far wrong with those timings.0 -

Personally I would recommend not booking it as a package as you will more than likely save at least £400-£500.
I would even consider booking a simple open jaw ticket MAN-SFO then LAS-MAN (or to/from GLA). This will maybe not save you much money but you will have total flexibility if you decide to change the number of nights in each place. You can then book a cheap internal flight once you decide for sure.
I would then just book the SF hotel on somewhere like Booking.com but make sure it's refundable because you will almost certainly get it cheaper nearer the time. Don't worry too much about booking a Vegas hotel yet, with the money you'll save you could stay at the Encore nevermind the Flamingo !0 -
Also meant to say sorry for not actually recommending Flamingo or Luxor. Not stayed at either but I think most on here would pick Flamingo based on its better location.0

Is there a reason only those two hotels are options? I have only stayed at Luxor of those two and would probably struggle to choose one...Luxor's location is not the greatest and I'm not a big fan of the property itself...Flamingo is a much better location, has a better pool, though what I have seen of the rooms it isn't really somewhere that screams out at us.
I agree with tingtong about looking at DIY options...the price seems quite high to me though I haven't looked at that sort of combination specifically before.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

Of the 2 Vegas hotels the Flamingo would get my vote. Location and Pool
Have you thought of doing it DIY, flights next August are not cheap, they are around £750 each but that still leaves you about £1500 on your quotes for accom. Flamingo should be available in Aug for less than £50 a night and SF hotel should be avail for £100 a night so that would bring the total in at about £2250. If you wanted to go DIY and pay £3000 all in you could get a top end hotel in Vegas for that money0 -

With the hour change in the Uk over the weekend and the USA (most of it) not changing until next weekend, would that make it 7:00am (if it was UK 8:00am), or if it was 8:00am in the states (east/west coast) don't forget to factor in the hour change0
