How does that work....do Virgin give you the 3% off or does Quidco.....not used them before so don't have a clue
    :hello: LORRAINE :hello:
  • You book your flight and pay virgin in full, then quidco will track your transaction and give you the cashback within a couple of months.

I did notice that Virgin had dropped their prices today.....wait for it.....40p cheaper than yesterday....whoooopeeee

So if I book through quidco today I would save
£6.90 per person through quidco (3% of the £230 fare before taxes etc)

    and 40p from Virgin.....lol

Quidco isn't just good for flights, it's also available on carhire, airport parking and travel insurance. Definitely worth using IMO

Also over Christmas I realized I had nectar points I hadn't checked in ages and realized they can be used for either flights or hotels on expedia.

Are you looking at Virgin Holidays? They are generally vastly overpriced so it's worth looking at other options like booking direct...though for 2011, you won't be able to find flights that far out (or probably hotels, and if you can find hotels, the rates will be much higher than they are likely to be closer to the time).

We've not stayed there yet - have booked 3 nights for April though...may try it, may cancel. It is a massive, massive property like TangoBunny says, and that kind of puts me off...it has over 5,000 rooms - plus all the casino, restaurant, shopping, showroom space. It's really, really big. :)

Hi thanks for the feedback, much appreciated.

Want to book early as it is a present for OH. MGM appears to be very big and not sure if that would suit her. Others have mentioned the Mirage and it looks like they have Dolphins which she would love. Any feedback or comments on the Mirage would be great. TIA

every penny counts! (or something like that ;) ) note that Quidco charge an annual fee of £5 to be a member, but like Duchy says, you can use it for cashback on all sorts :) have a look through the website and you'll see - worth signing up if you're going to order anyways, even if it means just a few quid for now (you'll get more renewing house insurance, car insurance, changing electricity providers, etc etc) :)

Cand - no worries, i spotted it when i was looking at the Quidco £50 cashback deal on hotels booked through Splendia (http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/hotel-sales)
... i was hoping i could book a vegas hotel for cheap but the Four Seasons is the only Nevada hotel available!
