Yippee - I relisted the item that the guy pulled out of - it sold within minutes for £40 more! Off to the post office tomorrow!Ebay challenge 2010 - £525

Has anyone claimed for a lost International parcel before. I've had an item go missing, was a baby cardigan, it only sold for £1.82 plus postage and packing of £2.50, the form says that they only refund postage costs of International Signed for and Airsure, so am assuming if I filed a claim I wouldn't get the postage I paid back (seems unfair when I know it is not RM fault but not my fault either, would be fairer for them to refund half) anyway, just wondering if it's not worth bothering if I'll only get £1.82 back.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

Wow, that's fab! Bet you are really pleased!!
I've now listed 85 items and I'm up to about £13.50 in bids so hope my stuff will sell.
I've got 600 very good quality greetings cards, I've sold a few already and listed some more tonight but not sure if I would be better selling them as a job lot. I paid £22 for the lot an auction so I should make a profit either way. Has anyone got any advice on this?Sealed pot member #1950 - £44.79

I've always had the postage refunded and only use Airmail. Is this a new policy? I would put down the actual postage anyway.Mortgage start September 2015 £90000 MFiT #060 -

Are they a popular brand? If so I would split them. I sold loads of Phoenix Trading cards in mini batches and whilst I did not get the money back that I originally paid when I traded, I was very happy with what I did get.
Current sales up to £163 - now dreading them all finishing on Sunday :rotfl:Mortgage start September 2015 £90000 MFiT #060 -

They're not actually brands I have ever heard of but they look really expensive and good quality (plus they all have price stickers on the back!) I bought them as bankrupt stock a few months ago and thought it's time to sell them on. I could sell them in batches as listing 600 single cards would take forever!!Sealed pot member #1950 - £44.79

Thanks.
I'm using the grey claim form 'Lost, damaged or delayed international mail claim forms.
It has posting details section with date of posting, the address of the PO where it was posted and the postage paid then says underneath 'We only refund the postage costs for our two Priority International Services: International Signed for and Airsure'.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
QUOTE=jaynemaria;28567483]up to 95 listings now, will have smashed this months target when the items I have bids on sell, so well pleased. And to think I wasnt going to start listing till Feb as I thought it would be quiet on ebay!![/QUOTE]
blimey where do you find all these things haha, managed to put about 10 listings on tonight, but struggling to find more things to sell might have to go through my wardrobe next:rolleyes:0 -

Do you just google courier and then type in weight and size etc, and do they collect from home?
Have you thought of using collectplus.co.uk? you can send parcels upto 10kg for £3.99, ive used them a few times without any problems:D0 -

The last few years they have announced a free listing day quite early in January, haven't seen anything so far but they normally do it for people to 'get rid of their unwanted Xmas presents'. I'm hoping for one soon too as I have about 4 or 5 boxes to get through, at the moment I'm concentrating on my Business account.
Thanks for that ! I will keep listing on turbo lister so that I am ready !
Thanks
