It's on 'my sellers dashboard', then under 'seller standing' I clicked 'see what it takes to become above standard...

I then get two columns of targets and actuals and at the bottom it reads: criteria ...100 transactions and business and mine reads 111 and private. There is a little yellow flag next to the 'private' and if you hover over, mine reads 'at risk'

I think it means we are at risk of being made to go to a business status by eBay. Anybody else have it?

Well I didn't have a bl00dy bidding frenzy, 26 watchers & only 3 bidders. One that's a collection only item that's sold to someone about 150 miles away. Pooh.
I also have At risk, I only have 41 selling feedback since Dec 09 when I opened this account. It is purely private listings. I can't see how mine can be at risk, I've done a few 99p listings but nowhere near the 100 a month. Mind you I haven't used my business account since I opened this account. I didn't even know that my other acct was a business one, I've been toying with starting an ebay business but haven't yet, I bought a few job lots, mainly clothes in my size, at the time & a hyuge amount of gift ware stock, that's still sat upstairs in all it's boxes.
Maybe ebay want to be a purely business platform?
I've got a 1 for item as described & the only person who hasn't been happy with my description was a girl who bought a pair of all leather, inc sole pair of vintage boots. In my feedback she said she was disappointed that I hadn't said they would smell like old leather. Hmm.

Have 26 items on at the moment - I've been so lazy. I'm interested in starting to sell as a business always have been and i've always had ideas floating around and spent forever researching but i'm too afraid! Lol always worry i'd do something wrong and get into trouble just the word 'business' scares me.....

I think that is just if you want to go up a rating, as private accounts tend to stay at merely 'standard'. That means as private sellers we don't get as much visibility as business sellers.

Out of interest I tried my business account where i am 'above standard'. If I choose to see the next level of 'top rated' then I get the at risk warning as I am not eligible.

So we don't have a flag for being 'private sellers' we only get the flag if we look to see of we can go up a rating.

Does that make sense?
