hey look everyone is starting back on ebay again... soooo lets all motivate each other.

im actually quite excited to be back listing... have a dining room full and more on its way!

been spending all my days lately making the website for my new business which actually came out as a result of ebay and our ebay shop... will still keep that going but want main line websales too.

we have a fan page if anyone is on facebook - pm me if interetsed.

go on ladies list just 3 items today. i want to get back up to my 200 - 300 items listings like the good old days... must update my signature as the true figure isnt showing... im definitely up to 12k over the last year.

everyone check in later and post what they have done... even if its just taking some photos... anything is good progress...

    xx

Just in case anyone is interested ebid is offering a lifetimes upgrade to seller + for £14.99 today only.

There are still the issues that there don't appear to be any buyers over there and sales are non existent, but I know some people have considered using it and this is a good chance to get all the bells and whilstles upgrades for very little outlay.

I'm just working on my ebid shops today (I'm not stupid but setting up a nice shop banner is completely beyond me!) and for about the first time in 8 months I am actually getting people view my auctions. There may be people browsing just becasue they've bene lured in by the cheap upgrade, but that is still better than normal where my auctions never attract a single view.

listings are now up to 67 on the personal and 87 on the business account.

I think I have actually found something that has a big market, through listing some of my old things on the personal account. Done some research and it seems that these sort of things are big sellers, need to look at some wholesalers, question is do I dare take the risk????????????

Soolin, please can I pick your brain, as usual, a couple of weird old books I have, aren't listed anywhere that I can see on the internet. (I also haven't even looked for my paypal card to see if I can use that on amazon.) Would you list them starting really cheaply on ebay or dig further to see if they are worth something?

Jaynemaria, If you can buy small quantities it must be worth a punt. Or is it something that you could pick up cheaply at charity shops etc?

Mrs welcome back, get us motivated. can I have a link to your shop please, I don;t really do facebook, an ex, who I moved because of 23 years ago, found me on their & despite answering him once & ignoring him since. messages me usually within about an hour of any activity on my account. I've tried changing my name on it but can't do it, so I may come off & restart with a nickname.
Hope everyone's doing better than my lazy self.

Thanks, yes I tried that & another one that's been suggested on amazon thread. Googled it, one is statutory instruments & command papers. Federation of Rhodesia & Nyasaland, 1951.
The other is South African Law of Workmens Compensation, 1940.
Told you they were weird. I have a box of similar titles from the loft.
I will do further research. I am of course hoping that they will be worth a few bob. I will let you know if I ever find out.

Looked at your website it looks great, I love the traditional toys, wooden skipping :jropes & really love the retro buckets & spades.
In the picture which one are you, left or right?
Is that dear little itty bitty boy one of yours?
How did your other lad get on with all his tests?
