soolin... have u tried imigran? i have it on prescription cos i have a lot of migraines... it works really quickly where migraleve or others dont!
feel better soon!
Yes I have the injections but I try not to use them unless i really have to as they give me some side effects and sometimes just move the migraine on by a day so I get it next day instead.
I think i caught this one early enough though, took migraleve pills, used the stuff you rub in your forehead and have been drinking coffee so feel a bit woozy but head not getting any worse.
I might just scan a few book covers this afternoon and list them all later when i feel much better.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thank you all for your help.
Tonight i am going to sit down and take the business items off and then start properly in April. Ill ring up end of march ready for beginning of April
Do you then have to keep proper accounts or just keep receipts?
Do you just get a self employed tax return to do and then pay income tax on it?
Thanks in advanceOrange Fairy

Hi Soolin
My doctor prescribed me Amitriptylene 10mg tablets when I saw him about getting headaches. I was getting them on the 7 day break from the Pill, they would last for over 24 hours and even the strongest painkillers I could buy over the counter weren't getting rid of them. I have to take one tablet before I go to bed and apparently they relax the muscles in the head so headaches don't start. I haven't had a headache since taking them, doctor told me to stop taking the Pill to see if that made a different too. Saw different doc over a week ago and she has given me more tablets as I ran out and thought they were going to get me to take one every other day but she said to keep taking them every day, she wouldn't prescribe the Pill for me when I asked to go back on it.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -

It is made by Almus Pharmaceuticals.
When the doctor prescribed it he said it is used to treat depression but in much higher doses than the 10mg I have.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
advice needed, I have just recieved an email from a buyer saying.
"The tea caddy would have been beautiful but it arrived broken!!n You really did not pack it adequately to go in the post. I am VERY, VERY disappointed and expect some reimbursement please."
this is what she said, to which I found to be rather rude, I have responded to her say that I would be happy to refund but would have appreciated it she had worded this differently. (I thought It was a reasonable request):o anyhow I did get certificate of posting so I can claim back from the post office!
I am now awaiting a reply from this person to see what she says. any advice please and do you think I have handles this in the right way.:oDH CC £969.00, bank loans *2 £27634.00,Overdraft=£696.00 Total Debts to Tackle = £29299:o sealed pot member 923=£26.99, £2 club member 75 = £0.00 2011 challenge member 360 -
Ok she has apologised for what she has said and that she will return it to me and I have responded that I will refund her once i have recieved it.
I guess that answers my own question. I'm sure there'll be something else. ohwell will wait and see.:oDH CC £969.00, bank loans *2 £27634.00,Overdraft=£696.00 Total Debts to Tackle = £29299:o sealed pot member 923=£26.99, £2 club member 75 = £0.00 2011 challenge member 360 -

When I was a bit younger i tried those and other forms of beta blockers, I think in total I was on them for about 6 years, but it was the only way I could control the migraines as I was getting around 6 a month. I came off them when I managed ot get down to about one a month, and for a while they stopped entirely until I had to go onto HRT for early menopause ( I was very ill a few years back and was warned that was likely). Still it could be worse, about 7 years ago when they were really bad i was in bed with what I thought was a migraine for about 3 days before I started blacking out with the pain, it turned out that I had meningitus and hadn't realised as it felt like a migraine. Two weeks in hospital plus an additional week readmitted when I got encehaplitus as well.
Still back to ebay, I am feeling much better now so am going to take a walk to the Post Office with todays haul. I haven't listed anything yet but i might do that this evening. Just sold a couple of items on my business account, so they can get wrapped and be added to the pile.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
