mummy2mygirls - posted same time as you, as he has bought them somewhere else, which isn't your fault, can you not refuse to accept refund? I would be extemely annoyed at that

Are you a private seller, think I would have mentioned something about hmm, see you bought a complete set since buying mine. Have you offered him the p&p back? I'd be tempted to let him go through paypal-ebay & take the neg. If you are a business you don't have a bloomin leg to stand on do you.

m2mg - your buyer has really wound(sp) me up! How dare he do that to you. You accept no returns, he buys from somewhere else and then expects you to refund him! unbelievable! Better go have a coffee and calm down!!

I dont kow what to write to him! From the email he wrote i was thinking it sounded doggy before and now i have seen he got it cheaper i am thinking he is playing me!!
What can i write and could i put to go through ebay as i no longer believe that the item did arive to him damaged??

I am just a private seller and i now am thinking i should ust go through ebay and paypal if thats what he should do....

It's a 2 part set he bought, yes? How do you know that it's going to be your part he sends back, have you checked what the other listing said, or the picture, make sure that there was no mention that there was damage. If you know what I mean. Maybe say to him that you know yours was sent in perfect condition, I take it your feedbacks good & as he bought another set at the same time you think that maybe he's mixed the 2 up somehow. Finish it with you lying, thieving bar steward.
