If an item is returned (through the dispute channel) the buyer pays for return postage.

mummy2mygirls, I would email eBay and inform them of the buyers other purchases. They will probably not do anything but it will make you feel better.

If you do get a neg, you can add a comment to it.

Have just got back from hospital and am very tired so will just take it easy this evening and get on with listing tomorrow.

  • Hi Floxxie - Hope the Op was OK, you definitely deserve to have a restful evening, hope you have someone looking after you.

My buyer requested a Return through the Returns Procedure, I did a search on the Discussion Board and saw that you can turn this off and use your own Returns Procedure, so I have done that now so that no one can do it that way again. You have to refund postage as a Business Seller unless it is stated in your Returns Policy that the buyer is to pay it. Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to auctions. I would definitely recommend that people put something in their Returns Policy rather than just saying Returns Accepted which is what I had.

I usually go to that for work mrscmr - make sure you take minimal handbag contents so you can carry all the freebies. Assuming you still get lots this year, you usually do. I can't make it this year unfortunately. Are you just going for one day? I must warn you its MASSIVE and impossible to look through in one day so plan which bits you want to look at in advance if you can. Oh and wear flat shoes :D Have a lovely time

I've prepared part listings for about 140 items now, just need to add descriptions and postage:j
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155

  • I've made £17.26 so far this month... though I spent most of it again as soon as it hit my paypal account. Oh well, at least it wasn't money from my bank I've spent!

I have 12 things listed at the moment, really need to work on getting some more up.
