I collected some of my jewellery orders which had been delivered to store today. When I gave my name I was greeted with: 'Oh, so you're the one who's taking up all the space in our store room!' I did warn them that there was more on the way

Thanks for this. I have received and sent back a couple of the Hypnotic items, had the pink heart which was a bit garish for me (not garish at all really but I'm a no/very little jewellery kind of girl, unless it's a special occasion) and the pendant like you described but in white/clear. Quite liked the round pendant, but the photo of it on the website showed it on a fine silver coloured chain, and it looked really nice - so I was disappointed when it came on a bit of black ribbon lol. Suppose I could have bought a chain to put it on....

Same here. A £20 order of mine is now showing as a £4 order (now that they have removed the out of stock items) and they have reduced my postage to £2.66 or something. I wouldn't have placed a £4 order even with postage £2.66 of though!!!
