How long do you have to return internet orders by post please? Was hoping to pack everything up together but not sure how many days I have.

    Thanks

Off the top of my head, I think it's about 35 days.

Still not had a delivery! :(

Have you looked at your list of 'orders placed in the last six months' in your account? It should say there whether they are despatching soon or already despatched.
  • When returning items via royal mail how do you do it?

Do you just stick the label with your address back on the parcel?

I don't want it coming back to me :rotfl:

I always take mine back to the local store. That way they credit the refund to my card straight away.

I'm sure that if you want to return voa Royal Mail, all the instructions are on the back of the delivery notes.

You rip off the right hand side of the delivery note, tick the items you're returning and put it inside the box. On the bottom of that part is the freepost returns label you need to rip off and stick to the front of the box.

As long as the label with the Marks and Spencer address is on the box I'm sure it'll get there.
