Today I got a snoody style cardigan and a knitted dress which I thought had been cancelled by M&S.

I also got a big box of jewellery, most of which I love! :T

I have just checked my bank statement though, and I have been charged for 6 orders???

I have also received an email saying that 2 of the cateram cars have been dispatched - I wasn't expecting to receive one, let alone two! :rotfl:

Lemony, had you had a cancellation for your caterham cars? I ordered one - it was the first M&S sale order I did, but I got a cancellation e-mail last Sunday. Do you think there's a chance I might get one anyway?

No, I did not get a cancellation for the caterham cars. I didn't actually want 2 but people on here said their orders for the cars had been repeatedly cancelled, so I ordered one of each colour in the hope that at least ONE would be available, and now it looks like I might be getting two! I won't believe it until I actually have the cars here though.

I mentioned 7 days in an earlier post, but that was in relation to returning earrings. As far as I know all M & S orders have a 35 day returns period (the final date is printed on the delivery note) - apart from certain items (such as earrings), which on one webpage they say are non-returnable, but on their distance selling regulations page it says that you have legal rights to return any items within 7 days. I therefore said that I would return earrings within 7 days to be on the safe side. Hope that helps, v confusing I know!

I'm glad you might be getting one (or more!) though - you definitely deserve to be lucky on the cars after all you put into this thread.

Can't believe people are getting Caterham cars :j That was an item I had to have cancelled off my orders because it was out of stock and holding everything else up!

By the way, I have had refunds processed for a couple of orders returned by post - on one of them they have also issued a partial refund of my initial shipping costs, but not on the other one. No idea what that's all about - M & S are a law unto themselves.

If I get 2 cars I am more than happy to send one to a good home, however, the postage might be a bit high due to the weight.
