I ask the SA to open the box at the collections desk to check for missing items or errors I get her to do any returns for any items that are obviously not wanted. Then I ask for a carrier and transfer the stuff in and leave her with the boxes and packaging, and say "I know you have a big recycling drive, so here's my contribution";)

They do make mistakes by the way, I ordered some striped knickers for £1 but received a white bra, spookily it was my size so I kept it.

I am getting my orders from store tomorrow inc the 2 bath sheets i got and hand towels which i thought would get cancelled, as for jewellery got about 18 items of it to collect :eek: that and popping into boots with no only my sons buggy no basket and rounded handle so cant even put bags on the back eek lol
