Ok, well it could have been worse I guess. One of my key items is now despatching soon (as half the order has been cancelled :rolleyes:) and the other remains still waiting despatch.

I've lost sunnytown farmyard friends, assorted pants and vests for me, some meccano, some clothes for DD, and of course some of the elusive alcohol sets.

One order has gone from 10 items to 1, a £5 item, and still £3.50 P+P :mad: Do I just send lots of the same standard email regarding each individual order, or group them together into one email or what's the best tactic? I'm finding it hard to keep track of it all! I hate complaining, never have a clue how to start or what to say, and have an overwhelming urge to just be nice lol - so I'm pretty rubbish at it :rotfl:

It's never me who takes delivery of my parcels so no chance of refusing delivery here (though I appreciate that's not M&S's fault) and anyway I often get more than 1 parcel per day so not easy to figure out which to keep and which to reject - imagine if I got it wrong! :eek: :doh:

caz2703 - their stock system is a bit rubbish isn't it!? I've had that too, where if you don't actually cancel the items they say are OOS, sometimes they turn up anyway. And in fact with this sale, I had items from early orders as cancelled as OOS, which I ordered again - many days later - when they appeared back online, and those have been delivered!

Funny I lost those too for my DS.

I tend to be a polite person but when I lost a 3ft Xmas tree that was going to be for DS and a shirt for hubby I got really peeved. There was so little ordered that I personally really wanted that when it all got cancelled I gave up and sent a very short but not very sweet email to them. I listed all order numbers that I'd cancelled and those that were outstanding but still only got £5 credit.

Hopefully with all the complaints they've had maybe something will get through to them. I'll bet that if there was only one £79 cashmere cardigan on the main site i.e. not reduced, you'd be sure they'd be in stock and I'd get it no problem!!

Thank you again to all those that posted up the links and helped me get the few items that were actually in stock. Maybe I'll have more luck next time around :rolleyes:

In all honesty, whenever I've contacted their CS (all on the phone except one email) they have been very nice, polite, friendly and helpful. They have spent hours sorting my account out, and have called me back at a pre-arranged time to explain what they'd done, and have credited either P+P charges (for 6 orders this time, out of 25+) or money onto my account. Maybe I've just been lucky but they really are superb in my experience

I remember one year I called to chase a sale order and was told it was all OOS, I moaned so they put £15 credit on my account (the order was £100+). A week or so later the order turned up as well

My 'saved items' in my basket has been totally wiped out! Even non-sale items which had been in there for ages have gone, it's totally empty now.

because i just had one of them cancelled, and i dont know whether it was the pink or blue one (one was for me and one for my mum, and if its my mums which has been cancelled i'd rather just cancel the remaining one because im not too fussed over it). would be really grateful if anyone could help, thanks

The last one I thought was some heart outline, hangs asymetrically? Didn't order it though.
