I can't beleive how addictive this thread has been - I have spent more hours than I care to remember refreshing sale pages in the hopes of an elusive bargain!!

I have bagged -
Copious amounts of jewellery
4 Keyrings
An Autograph Merino wool wrap cardi
A Mechano Set
Kids jeans & pyjamas
Tea Towels

& a free corkscrew!!

Well I received 2 corset keyrings instead of the leather travel wallets. I sent an email and the response was to someone called Janet? I am Joanne! They told me to return the keyrings to the shop.

I have responded, reminding them of my name, but also that I was not happy about paying for the postage for something that I didnt order!

I also have sent a couple of emails stating that I have made several orders and most had items cancelled but I was charged the full P&P.. I have not had any response!

Thanks again :beer:for all the fun over the last couple of weeks, the postage charges have been worth it for the craic!! I managed to get:

Despite my best attempts, I did NOT get any after dinner sets, beer sets, caterham cars, cocktail glasses or cocktail shakers. Also no dvd players or electric corkscrews (think I can live without the corkscrew, need the excercise involved in opening the bottle to help burn off the calories )
All we have to do now is wait for the returns to start coming in......:rotfl:

Sorry i must have missed your post. Yeah - just email them everytime something comes out of stock and say what you want. Be it free delivery or an account credit. I dont think i have had to pay for any delivery

I emailed CS last night after looking through my orders and realising that more had disappeared without an email to inform me. Got the standard response .... you won't get an item if there's less than 10 in stock .... £5 credit .... blah blah blah but the next bit made me really annoyed. Long story short I have 2 orders still open with 7 items between them. Just as I went to send my snotty comments to them one of the orders went to dispatching soon. I asked if these 2 orders would be fulfilled or should I cancel them like I've had to cancel others. I was told that all the items in my orders were showing as oos but I figured I'd leave them and see what happens. Well guess what ...... the dispatching soon order has now dispatched! I'm actually really happy as there's a Tooth Fairy cushion for my wee girl which I really wanted as she's losing her baby teeth as we speak.

Not impressed at all but then I've seen this happen time and time again with my mums orders so nothing surprises me any more. I've managed to get bits for the kids, a shirt for my hubby and lots of gift tags etc but not a sausage for myself! All I have to say is

You can guess which got cancelled:rolleyes: I didn't mind paying the P&P for the trainers but not for crackers, of course I cannot cancel the order so that's a call I'll have to make tomorrow, if I have no luck with customer services I'll have to refuse delivery, no way I'm paying £4.50 for value crackers!
