well, no sign of my items even getting dispatched and they were del estimate of today including the 5p items. sorry to ask again, but i have looked and cant see anything but does anyone have a clue what catagory t39 is?

Oh I am worried now, I sent back about 4 or 5 sets of the sale earrings (that were really not so nice!) to M&S today for a refund (using the pre-paid label). Do you think they will not refund me for them?

I've got about 8 separate accounts and have the same card linked to all of them. I've never been questioned - who is going to check?

Does it show a product code underneath or any other info? The website is not showing some codes now under my order history since they started taking items off the site.

Just opened a big jewellery order, will post links and descriptions when children are settled.

Under Distance Selling Regulations they WILL take back and refund even pierced earrings. I had a refund last week for a set that included pierced earrings, that I posted back to them. CS have told me very clearly that they will accept them back. When you buy them is store then obviously not, but it's different rules with buying from the internet.

Excellent, am still wondering if to cancel a few bits or chance them. A couple of descriptions have been added today and its fab to have an idea on the more "expensive" mystery items - well £3 seems expensive after all the £1 items :rotfl:
